- This will prompt you to insert your name and e-mail address. In order to preserve anonymity of our clients, we would ask that you do not input your actual name when prompted, but instead use your initials
- You may then be prompted to select which audio speakers you wish to use. Please select “Call using Internet Audio”
- We will not be providing the ability for our clients to share their own video/faces, again, in order to preserve the anonymity of our clients. We will be muting your device microphone to maintain audio quality throughout the presentation.
- On joining the live video stream, you will be greeted with an image with the title of the presentation. We will start at the scheduled time promptly and you will hear me welcome you and introduce the speaker, Peter Roper.
