HOW TO BOOK A COURT

Please click on the desired time slot in the calendar below.

• 'View by court' - will show all the bookings for the selected court, for any given week.
• 'View by date' - will show bookings on all courts on the selected day.
• Click on the day required, the court number and the time you would like to book.
• Indicate how long you would like to play for, 1 hour is the default, extend in 'advance options.'
• Make sure YOUR NAME/EMAIL IS ASSIGNED, then tick the ‘email to be sent’ box for confirmation.
• To play with a GUEST/VISITOR add their name in relevant box and pay in advance £4 to the club by BACS

FLOODLIGHTS

The floodlights operate on a TOKEN system

• Put the token into the slot in the right side side of one of the boxes in the clubhouse. 
• 1 token = 1 hour. Consecutively fed tokens increases the time that they are available.
• Organised club tennis, coaching and matches do not require tokens – the lights will be switched on by a committee member or team captain.
• Please note you cannot switch the lights off within the hour.

WHEN CAN I USE THEM?

You can operate them any time between 12.00 noon and 10.00pm when the light will go off automatically.

• An orange light on one of the middle masts will flash 5 minutes before the lights go off at the end of the hour.
• One light will stay on for five minutes after all the others to get off court safely. The club has limited winter lighting so a hand torch is advised.
