Please note that it is a condition of the court owners and organisers that competitors are bound by a Waiver and Release.  By entering the tournament competitors are assumed to have agreed to and be bound by its terms.  

1. Assumption of Risk — Competitors acknowledge that participation in tennis tournaments may entail known and unanticipated risks, which could result in physical injury, death, or property damage.
2. Release — As part of the consideration for participating in the activity identified above, competitors release, discharge, and hold harmless Minety Tennis Club, the private court owners and The Nelson Trust (the Organisers), any board member, officer, employee, or any person acting in any capacity on their behalf from all demands, causes of action, contracts, agreements, obligations, covenants, defences, costs, liabilities and judgments, whatsoever, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, in contract or in tort, in law or in equity, which they might have against the Organisers, arising from any participation in the tennis tournament.
3. Waiver and Indemnification — competitors hereby waive all claims and demands against the Organisers for any loss, damage, injury (including death) or claim of any kind arising from, related to, or caused by their participation in the tennis tournament and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organisers from all loss, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including actual legal fees) arising from or related to same.
4. Release of Pictures — Pictures of participants may be taken at the tournament and used on the Organisers website, social media or promotional material. Participant or parent of participant hereby consents to displaying their pictures.
