LTA Level 4 Senior Coach Award in Development & Performance - LTA Accredited Plus 

Award Winning Coach 

Ben is a fully qualified Level 4 Senior Coach in Performance and Development, meaning he can coach players from club to regional level.

He is the Clubs Tennis Manager - He runs and organises all the coaching sessions throughout the year for all ages and levels.
 

He has worked with and coached many regional and county players at both junior and senior level. Previous Jobs include Head Coach at the University of Bath.

Ben also has an excellent coach mentoring scheme where over 50 Level 1 coaches & 20 Level 2 coaches have come through the junior coaching programme since 2008.

Tom Fowler - Head Coach at Nailsea for matchpointtennis

LTA Level 3 - LTA Accredited Plus 

Award Winning Coach - LTA Girls Programme 

Tom leads the Saturday morning junior programme at Nailsea Tennis Club. 

Tom is a fully qualified Level 3 Accredited+ Coach. Being a Level 3 Accredited+ coach he is qualified to work with players from beginner to club/league level individually and in group lesson.

Tom works at the club in a full time role and is involved in leading LTA Youth, LTA Youth Start and Adult Coaching sessions at Nailsea. He also is involved in the schools outreach programme delivering lunchtime/after school clubs in the local schools. 

Andy Gray 

LTA Level 3 - LTA Accredited Plus

Award Winning Coach - Avon 

Andy leads the Thursday Juniors + Adults coaching at Nailsea Tennis Club.

Andy is a LTA Level 3 Accredited Coach. Having come through the clubs coaching programme and mentoring programme, Andy completed his Sports Degree at Exeter University.

Andy came back to coaching completing his level 3 in December 2023. Andy coaches across a few venues, but delivers groups and individual lessons at Nailsea Tennis Club.

He has expertise in cardio and strength and conditioning to go along with his Level 3 coaching badge.
