From 27th July 2024 we are offering the opportunity for Non Members to book a tennis court at limited times .  Courts will be available between 12 noon and 2pm each day (except Tuesdays) under the following conditions:

• Only court 1 is bookable - up to 3 days in advance;
• A maximum of 1 hour can be booked at a time;
• You can only book a court twice in a 7 day period; 
• If you wish to cancel, revisit your booking and press ‘Cancel Booking ‘. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your booking time you will not receive a refund;
• If you cancel more than 2 hours before your booking time, you will automatically receive a full refund but this may take up to 5 days for you to receive;
• The rhino posts are for the security of the site. If you do not have a key you may have to walk from the village or park safely nearby. If the rhino posts are down you may park on site but please remember to pull up the posts if you are the last to leave; 
• Please supply your own tennis balls.

How to Book a Court

• You will need to join the LTA (as prompted when you book – it takes less than a minute!); 
• Click on any available court 1 slot which shows it is accessible to you as a non member; 
• Join the LTA if prompted; 
• Pay the court fee shown; 
• You will receive an email confirming the booking of a court. It will inform you of a code for the combination lock on the court gate;   PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE EMAIL ON HOW TO ENTER THE COURT ; 
• The code for the combination lock will be changed frequently, therefore, please always book your court online if you wish to play.

Court Etiquette

• Users of the courts do so at their own risk and are asked to apply common sense in looking out for themselves and other users at all times; 
• Anyone who has a booking will have priority;
• Appropriate footwear must be used.  Please do not wear black soled shoes nor shoes with studs nor ridges.
