Newtown Tennis Club

Welcome to Newtown Tennis Club.

Newtown Tennis Club is a well-established club with a thriving junior section and regular playing sessions for adults, mixed ages and youngsters. We play all year round.

Members and non-members are welcome to join the coaching programme and the courts are used regularly by schools and community groups; we have the only 4 court facility in North Powys. 

Newtown Tennis Club is always keen to welcome new players of all standards.

We have four tarmac courts available to members free of charge.

We have several 'Mix In' Tennis sessions per week

Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1.30pm (winter months)  2:00pm (summer months).

Friday evening from 5:30pm, through the summer months

Sundays 11:00pm

We welcome all tennis players to these sessions no matter what your ability. We try to play doubles where possible but dependant on numbers singles or doubles will be played.
