The 2024 Annual General Meeting of Norfolk Lawn Tennis Association will be held on Tuesday, 27 February from 7pm. It will be held in Room SC111 at Easton College (NR9 5GA).

The AGM agenda, minutes of the last meeting, reports, financial statements, and nomination forms are available on the NLTA’s website. The LTA Awards County winners will be announced at the conclusion of the AGM.

In accordance with Rules 17 and 18 of the Association, Representatives of Registered Clubs, members of the Norfolk Tennis Patrons Scheme, Honorary Life Presidents, Honorary Life Members, Trustees and members of the Management Group shall be entitled to attend and have one vote. Individual members of LTA Registered clubs may attend and speak with the permission of the Chair of the meeting. Proxy votes are not permitted.

In accordance with Rule 11, Associates (ie registered clubs/venues) may nominate a representative for membership of the Council. Please do this by returning the nomination form to the Secretary at the address below no later than 19 February 2024. Each Associate may also nominate Officers for election at the AGM. The Council’s nominees and Management Group’s nominee are listed on the nomination form.

Venue Representatives for 2024 NLTA Council:

We would like as many venues as possible to have a representative on the Norfolk Tennis Council to help shape the development of tennis within the county, sharing good practice and supporting venues. There are 2 Council meetings (June and November) plus the AGM. We hope that representatives will also attend and/or encourage other club members to attend Forums and Networking meetings. Please contact the Secretary at secretary@norfolktennis.org by 19 February 2024 to confirm whether you will be attending the AGM.
