The tennis community turned out in force on 4 June at Cromer Lawn Tennis & Racket Club, as Norfolk Tennis celebrated its 2024 LTA Tennis Award winners.
With play in the Progress Tour Pro Series event running at the Club this week, Norfolk Tennis brought different generations together for an Awards ceremony, fun junior session, adult social tournament and barbeque. Special thanks go to Paul Solomon and Derek Perry for all their hard work running the junior and adult play.
Roy Colabawalla, who will assume the role of LTA President in January 2026, was on hand to present the awards and meet with Norfolk Tennis committee members and more than 120 guests. Junior and adult players travelled to Cromer from across the County to enjoy playing on the outstanding grass courts, with informal hitting sessions being delivered before and after the presentations.
