Adult Coaching Programme

 

Get Back into Tennis – These sessions are aimed at beginners/ improver players who are new to tennis or coming back to tennis after a break from the game

Basket Drills & Skills – This class looks at patterns of play. Lots of 2,3&4 ball drills that are common in doubles & singles scenarios

 

Cardio Tennis – A high intensity fun, sociable fitness class. Emphasis on hitting a high volume of balls with lots of movement involved.

 

Shot Of The Week – A class focussing on a different shot each week. The coach will take you through technical developments including preparation, execution and recovery phases of the shot and how this is linked with a tactical intention.

Doubles Diagnostics Clinic – This class concentrates on the 4 positions in doubles and their roles and responsibilities. Everything in the session is doubles specific.
