Welcome to Nuffield Health The Devonshire
Introduction
A Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) accredited centre in Plymouth that offers both excellent facilities and top quality lessons for players of all ages. Whether you're an expert or a complete beginner, we have everthing you need at The Devonshire for you to enjoy playing tennis all year round.
When you step on court with one of our professional coaches, have a hit with a friend or come to your first doubles social event, you'll soon see our fantastic facilities and feel the homely atmosphere we're so lucky to have.
As a Racquets Member, you'll not only have access to unlimited group coaching, club doubles sessions and regular social events. You'll also be able to make use of our state of the art Gym, group exercise classes, indoor and outdoor pools, squash and badminton courts. Then of course have a drink and something to eat with friends in the lounge to relax afterwards.

Junior Tennis
During term times, we offer group lessons for children of all ages.
With our fantastic Professionally Qualified LTA Coaches, your child will love being on court, having fun and growing in both confidence and skill alongside their team mates.
Junior Members receive a discount on group coaching but you don't have to be a Member to join our sessions.

Squash
Many of our members enjoy playing squash to keep fit. We like to make it sociable too, so it's a great way to meet new players, improve your game and have fun!
Use of our squash courts is included in your membership at The Devonshire.
Our Teams compete regularly and are always looking for new enthusiastic players to join one of our sucessful teams.
If you'd like private coaching, we can arrange lessons with either of our qualified coaches. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
