Welcome to our booking portal, we ask you to read the following information carefully which will also be summarised in your booking confirmation. 

Booking Information

Our court booking system can be used by the public to access indoor courts, we have no membership requirements.. Please ensure that you are familiar with the Welsh Government / LTA Restrictions  before play and note that at present we cannot allow spectators on the balcony due to Covid and Safeguarding restrictions as we manage the flow of participants through the facility. 

• The courts are awaiting a resurface since being repaired by previous management and have mixed lines / repair patches. Please check the images at the bottom of this page to choose the court you wish to use. Court 3 is priced lower than Courts 1-2 due to the repair patches which speed up the ball through the court 
• To book a court, simply click on any available time slot.  You will be prompted to log-in in order to book.  If you do not already have a ClubSpark account, you will be required to create one.  Complete the booking requirements and when finished, you will be sent a booking confirmation via email 
• When booked, two, three or four people may use the court. Equipment is not supplied.
• Lighting is included within the booking charge, lights can be turned on by the bar staff or coaching team at your request. 
• Bookings are for TENNIS ONLY. For enquiries by other sports, but please email oceanpark@tennissquad.net before booking so that we can evaluate the space you need, and the impact on other court users. 
• External coaches should contact Tennis Squad before using our courts. They can ascertain your intentions and ensure that LTA Safeguarding & Insurance criteria is being met. 
• If after booking you find that you are no longer able to play, please cancel your booking so that others may use the courts (up until 24 hours before and you will get an automated refund).
