Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made via Old Town Hub Clubspark online booking system. This gives you a one-time gate access code. No booking, No entry.

Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.

Those with an Annual Pass can book a maximum of a 2 hour slot, 4 times a week.

Pay and play bookings are a maximum of 2 hours each day.

By making a booking you are accepting all terms and conditions.

Old Town Hub has the right to cancel bookings at their discretion. An email will be sent to the member notifying them.

Old Town Hub  reserves the right to pre-book the Courts for coaching, events and maintenance.

Couple more Rules!

• Please wear sensible footwear on court. Also, please be aware that we are in a lovely park wiith children and families around. So please wear T-Shirts at all times.
• Please only bring tennis equipment onto the courts (No bikes, scooters, footballs or skateboards...sadly these damage the courts!)
• If you have booked a court and you no longer need your booking, please cancel the booking and free it up for everyone else
• Equipment is not provided for bookings...please see our coaches if you need to purchase rackets, balls or any other equipment
• Please note that Old Town Hub & Set2Win have sole rights to operate as coaching providers on these courts. Anyone operating with a basket or any other coaching equipment will be asked to leave 
• If you are playing with a guest there is a small guest fee. If you have an Annual Household Pass  and others playing have a pass there is no additional fee
• Any Annual Household Pass holders misusing the bookings will have their pass terminated
