After 1 month of no matches Oswestry Mens 3 were at glad to be back on court at home to Tilstock 1 on Friday night.

Somehow the rain stopped long enough for Adam and Andy, along with Nick and Rich to get their 7th match of the season underway.

Adam and Andy played consistent and ruthless at times and wrapped up the first match in no time winning 6-0, 6-2. In their second match they continued on in the same vein and finished 6-0, 6-1.

Rich was stepping in for just his second time this season and was partnering with Nick. They had a strong showing in the first match winning it 6-1, 6-3. The second match started well with the first set being wrapped up 6-0. Nick being Nick decided it wouldn't be an evening with a tiebreak though so they lost the second set 4-6 before putting in a great performance to win the third set tiebreak.

Fortunately the match was finished in a short time as the rain rolled in just as we were packing up. A great evening for Oswestry 3 and they're setting themselves up for an exciting finish to the season.
