COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE AND PROCESS

 

  • Should members wish to complain about anything relating to the Tennis Club, please approach a committee member (details on the Tennis Club noticeboard). Verbal or written approach is acceptable but we would ask that if written, you identify yourself in order that we may respond directly.
  • Your complaint will be shared with the committee and acknowledged by email.
  • We will aim to respond within a 10 day timescale. In the event that we are unable to respond due to further information being required, we will provide you with an update every 14 days until we provide a full response. 
  • A log of complaints and outcomes will be maintained by the committee and this will be updated at each committee meeting.
