RESOLUTION OF CONFLICT PROCEDURE AND PROCESS

In the event of a conflict arising between members please approach a member of the Committee (details on the Tennis Club noticeboard) and outline the situation.
The committee will encourage those involved to resolve the issue amicably but if this is not possible, we may seek independent viewpoints from the members who are involved and seek to assist in reaching a resolution.
We will follow up with individuals involved every 14 days to check progress and offer additional help if required.
Where a situation between members remains unresolvable, the Tennis Committee will take direct action to resolve the situation and any decision will be deemed as final.
A log of any issues raised by members will be maintained by the committee and this will be updated at each committee meeting.
