Bachelors of Art Degree ( Human Movement Science & Geography) – 1994, this qualification was a coaching focused degree.

Coaching certificates (SA) 1993  – Beginner level, equivalent to Level 1 in Tennis, Netball, Hockey, Swimming Teaching.

Master Franchise Owner Coaching Level and Master Coach level – 2005 until present Playball Franchise Owner, Oxshott, Surrey, UK – 2005 to present.

Putney Park School – Physical Education teacher covering 6 maternity cover - 2012

Caryn has 32 years of experience in sports and movement development for Early Years, coaching children through Playball franchises in South Africa (1993) and the UK. Since 2014, she has held various management roles at Playball UK and is now head trainer. Caryn understands the science of coaching young players across cognitive, social, physical, and emotional areas. She regularly attends training workshops to enhance her skills. Her background in Playball, ongoing training, and programme development give her unique insight into LTA lesson structure and player growth. Children coached by Caryn have achieved notable success in Surrey Cricket U19, England Hockey pathways, school sports awards, and Surrey County Tennis.
