CAMP COVID POLICY

All contact details will be kept for 21 days for track and trace purposes

Hygiene

• We will have regular water and hand washing breaks
• Hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes will be provided by the establishment.
• Where possible bring your own racket.
• All communal equipment such as rackets will be cleaned at the end of each session.
• Toilet facilities will be available for camp members only
• All facilities such as toilets and court gates are cleaned regularly, by Pavilion staff.
• Water will be provided, however you must bring your own vessel
• Coaches & assistants will wear face coverings when indoors in line with government regulations.

Play

• All play will be outside
• All players will be kept within their bubbles (based on age/ ability)
• No more than 10 players per court.
• We will attempt to maintain social distancing within bubbles
• We will attempt to use minimal equipment in afternoon activities
• Parents/ carers will not be allowed on court
• We will regularly check government advice and guidance

Break

• Breaks will be staggered according to bubbles
• In the event of inclement weather bubbles will be separated within a well-ventilated covered area.
