Club members are allowed to invite guests to play with them.  Members must record the name of the guest in the Visitors Book in the clubhouse and must ensure that a fee of £5 per guest per visit is paid by BACS into the club account or into the postbox near the kitchen in the clubhouse.  Any particular guest can only play up to 6 times in any membership year.

It is responsibility of ALL CLUB MEMBERS to ensure that these rules are adhered to. We do not wish our LTA insurance to be compromised by any guest or visitor not being properly recorded.
