This popular session is aimed at competent players aged 11+ and will be a 90 minute session starting at 4.45pm every Monday from 20th Oct. 

There will be a technical theme each week with a huge importance placed on good set-ups on hitting bases, swing-lines and consistent contact points. 

Conditioned point-play half way through the session will encourage the players to compete hard and learn smarter tactics.
