In case of cancellations a £5 admin fee will be charged.
In case of moving a booking a £2 admin fee will be charged.
If a pay and play session or drills are rained off, a choice of an alternate date will be offered or full refund. On the programme session is rained off "spare weeks" will be used. 1 spare week for a short course (typically 6 weeks), 2 spare weeks for a long course (typically 10 weeks).
If a session gets past the half point stage and is rained off a refund will not be offered.
Please notify in writing (post, text or email) if your child will be walking or cycling to or from tennis for safeguarding reasons. This is done at the guardians own risk.
Frequently asked questions
Is my session rained off? Due to the outdoor nature of our coaching a decision can also be tough to make, a decision will not be made on the forecast unless it is alreay raining. If you have not heard 30 minutes prior to your session (by email) assume your session is on. Sometimes the weather hits after this time in which case a decision will be made at the start of the session. Please do not attempt to contact your coach as they will most likely be in the previous session.
Are there space in drills/are drills on this week? The dates on the website are the dates the sessions are on, if the date you are after doesn't appear it means the session isn't on that week. If the session is full the website will tell you, in this instance contact Jono as someone may drop out or more coaches can be added.
