Pilates at West Worthing Club

Our pilates classes are for everyone. They work the entire body through a series of mat-based exercises, concentrating on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso and core. A gentle but highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.
