Our weekly Pilates classes are run by an experienced, qualified instructor, and are suitable for all abilities. We welcome everyone so there is no need to be a club member to come along.
Exercise mats and equipment are available to purchase from the Club Reception.
Our classes are 60 minutes long and run in on a squash court or in an upstairs studio, accessed by stairs.
