Welcome to the Club! We really hope you enjoy playing tennis here…

We are a small but progressive tennis club, with membership open to everyone with an interest in playing tennis. Before you start, please ensure the below:

1. ALL INFORMATION INCLUDING MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS ARE PROVIDED ON YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS APPLIES TO ADULTS AND JUNIORS.

2. PHOTO/FILMING CONSENT - YOU MUST OPT-OUT OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING POLICY (we take photos for our website and social media accounts). Full Membership

As a Club member, you are entitled to play on the courts at any time (subject to availability).

Communications with members

The best way to keep up-to-date with events, coaching information and much more is via our club WhatsApp group. Make sure you email/text the membership secretary to add you to the group.

Access to courts

As a new member, you get the option of paying a £5 deposit for a membership key. The key is for the main gate (as you drive in) and opens the padlock. A charge (£5 deposit) is made for the key, which must be returned at the end of the membership period. Please ensure you lock the gate when you leave. A further £5 deposit can be given to obtain a key for the clubhouse.

Supervised Juniors

First and Junior Members (14 years and under), should be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times outside of normal coaching hours.

Charges for non-members (Guest Players)

A member of the club can bring a friend/family member at a cost of £5 on up to 6 separate occasions to play tennis. Please ensure you send a message to our Membership Secretary (details below) PRIOR to playing. This will also include you transferring the £5 payment in advance. Further details will follow once booked in.

Website

Our website contains a large amount of information about our club. You will also find a link to our yearly calendar, which is updated regularly so you can keep up-to-date with planned social events.

Playing opportunities

Alongside playing in organised sessions/practices, we also have a social tennis mix-in every first Friday and third Saturday each month April to September. This is a great opportunity to meet other members and get to know our coaches.

Coaching (Prosser Tennis Academy)

The coaching programme at QBTC is run by the Prosser Tennis Academy. Please click here to find out what sessions we have available.

Help us make a better club

As a small club in the Black Country our main aim is to develop a fully-fledged tennis club providing all-year-round tennis at affordable rates for all sections of the local community.  Please help us recruit new members by bringing along your friends, neighbours and relatives.

Check out the rest of our website for more information on the club and our rules and guidelines.
