Group Coaching Courses -
Terms and Conditions
- All payments for group coaching courses should be made in full by the date specified on the signing-up form. If you complete the signing-up form and later withdraw your place you will be expected to pay a £20 cancellation fee.
- All players attending group coaching courses must have submitted a signing-up form before attending the first session.
- In the event of poor weather conditions, sessions may be cancelled (at the discretion of the coach). In the event of a cancellation you will be contacted by text message and/or email. For any cancelled sessions, in the first instance players will be provided with a catch-up session opportunity. If a catch-up session isn’t organised, players will be given credit to be used for the following term. Please assume the lesson is on unless you hear from us otherwise.
- A record of all credits will be kept by the Head Coach. All credits must be used within 6 months of issue (end of each term) towards group coaching courses/holiday camps.
- We politely ask a parent/guardian of all children aged 6 and under to be present during the session.
- Please ensure your child is dropped-off/collected from the tennis courts before and after each session by a parent/guardian or nominated person. Prior permission must be given for children to walk home/to the car park independently.
- All players attending sessions are expected to adhere to the clubs Code of Conduct which includes good behaviour and respect for the clubs facilities, equipment, coaches and other members of the group. - The lead coach reserves the right to sit a player out from a session if their actions/behaviour put the safety/well-being of other group members at risk.
- All personal data will be stored in a secure database in line with Data Protection regulations.
