You can now buy new tennis balls at the ODP bar. Our partners, Richmond & Sheen Sports have supplied Head and Dunlop balls.

We've also worked with Price of Bath to provide an environmentally-friendly alternative for members. The 'Phoenix' tennis ball is promoted as “the first planet-friendly tennis ball” - 100% recyclable, leaving no waste.  Regular used balls that are too worn for normal recycling can take hundreds of years to disintegrate in landfill.

Price of Bath says: “The aim is to keep tennis balls out of landfill and in circulation forever. When worn, simply return them to us and we will recycle them again and again into new balls. With all the performance of a pressurised tournament tennis ball, Phoenix is made to ITF standards.”  So if you do go for this option, then after use please return Phoenix balls (only) with their sleeve/tube to the ODP bar for returning to Price Of Bath.

Please note: there is no member discount on buying these balls over the bar, as margins are tight.  We're just keen to restore the convenience of members being able to buy new balls on site.
