Robin Park Sports & Tennis Centre

Robin Park Tennis Centre offers coaching, competition, team tennis, schools, community and social tennis. We have 4 indoor courts and 4 floodlit outdoor courts and are located behind Robin Park Retail Park, opposite the DW stadium.

We are committed to developing tennis in Wigan and surrounding areas, offering people from our community the opportunity to try tennis and giving as many children as possible the chance to play this exciting sport. Come and try our classes for FREE.

We make our classes as fun and affordable as possible and want to give all children from the age of 3 upwards, the chance to develop their sporting skills through a range of fun multi-skill exercises designed to help with co-ordination, movement and balance. Our Tots sessions for 3 - 5 years are extremely popular and give child and parent the chance to learn together.

We have an excellent track record of taking beginner 3 - 5 year olds all the way to National standard players as well as giving thousands of people the skills to play this sport for life. From Tots, we have an extensive progressive programme that provides excellent coaching for all age groups up to 18 years old.

On Monday evenings from 6 - 8pm, we have an Adult Club Night on the outdoor courts which provides doubles play under the guidance of a coach for all standards of players. 

ALL our classes are FREE to come and try: you can have 2 free taster sessions before signing up to a class. Simply turn up and introduce yourself to the coach. All equuipment can be provided.
