RATC's 2025-26 membership year started on 1st April 2025 and will end on 31st March 2026.
NEW MEMBERS
As the club approaches the end of its Membership year anyone wishing to join the club before 1st April 2026 can contact membership@ratc.org.uk for details of the most appropriate membership package for them to join, if there is insufficient information within this article. Please see the New Members page for further details.
RENEWING MEMBERS
Renewal notices and requests for payment will be sent out on the 1st April 2026. Please do not make any membership renewal payments prior to 1st April. RATC has moved its account to a Community account at the National Westminster Bank sort code 60-18-46. RATC's old Barclays Bank account is no longer in use. Please see the Renewing Members page for further details.

Adult 2026-27

Full adult membership with court booking benefits and free of charge LTA Advantage Plus membership from 1.4.26- 31.3.27 Full voting rights at club AGM and EGM s. Access to social events, MOS sessions and league match play.
Eligibility: Individual aged 18 and over who agrees to comply with the club's policies and adhere to the club's code of conduct.
Child 2026-27

Free of charge club membership for children under 11 years who are not included in a family membership . Includes free LTA Advantage membership , The child's registered adult contact is responsible for ensuring adherence to the club's policies.
Eligibility: Children under 11 years on 1.2.26 who attend RATC coach led sessions. The child's adult contact is aware of the club's procedure for notifying concerns and agrees to adhere to the club's code of conduct and policies including court bookings.
Distance Adult 2026-27

Full adult membership of RATC for adult members who live at least 25 miles from Romsey
Eligibility: Over 18, living more than 25 miles from Romsey and agrees to adhere to the club's code of conduct and policies
Distance Student 2026-27

Student membership for over 18s studying more than 25 miles from Romsey and 6th form students living locally who became 18 before 1.2.25 . Free LTA Advantage Plus membership , RATC voting rights and court booking rights.
Eligibility: Individual age 18+ on 1.2.25 in fulltime education at least 25 miles from Romsey, or in year 12/13 local to Romsey. Member agrees to comply with the club's policies and code of conduct, and supply a personal email address.
Family with two adults 2026-27

Full membership benefits for a family group of 2 adults ( over 18 ) and up to 6 children aged under 18 at the same address and for whom at least one of the Adults has parental responsibility .
Eligibility: The Adults over 18 agree to adhere to the club's policies and code of conduct on behalf of themselves and the children. If both adults wish to book courts, then both their email addresses need to be registered with the club on Clubspark .

Junior 2026-27

Junior membership for 11-17 year old players who are not included in a parental Family package for the membership year 1.4.26- 31.3.27
Eligibility: Age 11 - 17 years on 1.2.26 whose named Adult contact agrees to adhering to the club's code of conduct and policies, including for court bookings, on the member's behalf. The adult contact is aware of the club's procedures for reporting concerns.
Single Adult Family 2026-27

RATC membership and free LTA Advantage membership for one adult over 18, with parental responsibility for up to 4 children , under the age of 18 at the same address.
Eligibility: One adult age over 18 plus up to 4 children aged under 18 on 1.2.25 at the same address as the Adult a for whom the Adult contact has parental responsibility. Adult agrees to the group's members adhering to the club policies and code of conduct.

Student/Concessionary 2026-27

Full adult membership benefits for full time students/ unwaged / apprentices etc. includes free LTA Advantage membership and court booking rights.
Eligibility: Age 18 and over , fulltime student, apprentice , low waged trainee or unwaged ,living within 25miles of RATC venue. Agrees to adhere to club's policies and code of conduct.
