To all parties who complete their details on this system.
The Council will only process your personal data where it is lawful to do so. The Council will process your data in order to communicate with you regarding your tennis bookings and information relating to the tennis courts. The lawful basis for processing your data is that it is with your consent and by creating an account you give your consent. We will not be able to deal with your bookings without processing your data.
We will not share your information with anyone else save that the Council has contracts with a number of third-party service providers that support the day-to-day operation of the Council with whom your information may be shared. Bookings for the Tennis Courts and associated information provided at the time is managed and retained by our Partner Company clubspark.lta.org.uk. Any information sharing is managed in accordance with data protection legislation. Your information will be retained for six years post completion of booking.
You have a legal right to request from the Council access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing about you or to object to processing. You also have the right to portability of your data. Where processing is based on consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The Council will only process your information for the purpose for which it was collected i.e. your tennis court booking. The Council will not transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)
