This Beginners Plus course is suitable for anyone who has completed a 6 week Tennis Xpress course and a Tennis Xpress follow on course. The session follows a weekly theme and is based on "serve, rally, score" so there are lots of game based lessons. It's also particularly suited to anyone who has played previously , understands the fundamentals and is keen to work towards moving to the Improver stage.
