The Adult Improver / Intermediate session is a mixed ability session and players will be matched up according to their level. 

Improver Level guide - you are a player who has possibly played for quite a while and you’re still developing consistency with ground-shots. You can sustain a rally of 6 to 8 shots by sending and receiving balls at a slow / medium pace. Your serve is focused on over and in and you can serve, rally, score on a full court.

Intermediate Level guide - Suitable if you are a player who has possibly played for a number of years. You can consistently sustain a rally of 8 plus shots by sending and receiving medium paced shots with direction on both forehand and backhand. You are able to direct the serve and exhibit more aggression and success at the net.
