Saltdean Tennis Club Coach

Our coaching programme is run by our Head Coach Luke Arnold who runs individual and shared lessons, groups lessons, junior coaching and individual coaching.

If you are completely new to tennis, or looking to reach the next level in your game, he will be happy to help.

Pricing

  • Individual lesson (1 to 1 coaching) - Member: £32, Non-Member: £37
  • Shared lesson (1 to 2 coaching) - Member: £35, Non-Member: £40
  • Racket Restringing £25 per racket (string provided) £15 per racket (provide your own string)

Saturday Junior Tennis Programme - Starting April 13th 2024

Each Junior player is eligible for a free taster lesson!

Member price: £9 per session / £40 for a 5 week block

Non-member price: £11 per session / £50 for 5 week block

9:00am - 9:45am - LTA Youth Blue - Ages 4-6 years

10:00am - 10:45am - LTA Youth Red - Ages 6-8 years

11:00am - 11:45am - LTA Youth Orange - Ages 8-9 years

12:00pm - 1:00pm - LTA Youth Green - Ages 9-10 years

1:00pm - 2:00pm LTA Youth Yellow - Ages 11+ years

Group Lessons

Your first lesson will be half price!

Adult Beginners - Starting April 13th

Saturday 2pm-3pm - £10 per session (members) £12 per session (non-members)

Rusty Rackets - Starting April 13th

Saturday 3pm-4pm - £10 per session (members) £12 per session (non-members)

Ladies Lunchtime Tennis - Starting April 17th

Wednesday 12pm-1pm - £10 per session (members) £12 per session (non-members)

Coaching & Cake - Starting April 15th

Monday 10am-11am - £10 per session (members) £12 per session (non-members)

Tea, Coffee & Cake will be provided for after the lesson! We also encourage bringing your own favorite cakes/biscuits.

Cancellations

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all pay per session lessons, otherwise the lesson will still be charged.
