Floodlight Upgrade to LED

We will held our official opening event at 6pm on Wednesday 18th October.

We would like to thank the Mayor, Anthony Brand, for cutting the ribbon and the Town Crier, John Griffiths, for his wonderful introduction. Many thanks to the Sleaford Standard for also coming along. To see their report click here

The Tennis Club now has New LED Floodlights thanks to a £28,135 grant from FCC Communities Foundation.

Work began on Monday 4th September and was completed on Friday 8th September.

Improved lighting  and extended hours will benefit all players and the local community.

FCC Communities Foundation is a not-for-profit business that awards grants for community projects through the Landfill Communities Fund.

By replacing the lights the Club will reduce its carbon footprint by being more energy efficient. The Club looks forward to a benefit in cost savings through both reduced electricity costs and reduced frequency of bulb replacement.
