Somer Valley Tennis has always had a special relationship with Chilcompton Sports Ground, back in 2009 the club and Dragonfly leisure had to move to Chilcompton when the new indoor tennis was being built. Since then, the club has used the three floodlit courts regularly for club events and league matches.

Chilcompton was one of the first venues in conjuction with Somer Valley Tennis to facilitate Covid compliant Tennis during the pandemic.  

The three tennis courts are situated at a thriving sports ground at the heart of a lively rural village  and has many sporting activities for its residents.  

Working in partnership with Somer Valley Tennis, the courts are promoted for use by local residents, by our club members and also is used for numerous club sessions & league matches.

 Chilcompton Tennis Courts are open as for PAY & PLAY every day, 7 days a week 8am to 10pm.
