Matches may be played at any time, to be agreed on by the two or four players involved. Each player, or pair, must contact their opposition by email or mobile. To be safe during busy periods (ie weekend mornings) do use the court booking sheets.
Please enter your results on the club noticeboard and/or notify the tournament referee as soon as possible. The draw results will be regularly updated.

Rules of SHTC Tournaments
Each round will be the best of three full sets. A tie break will be played in all sets.
If matches are not played by the “played by” date then the tournament referees’ decision will be final as to who goes through to the next round.
Please enter your result immediately after playing, if you cannot gain access to the club house then email James, our social secretary.
It is unlikely that any extensions will be granted as this affects the people playing in the rest of the draw.
