SHTC offers five floodlit all-weather carpet courts. The tennis pavilion has a kitchen, changing rooms, showers, Sports TV covering all tennis competitions & a fully licensed bar. Our highly competitive annual membership (£264 for adults). Over 65s pay £160. Under 18's pay only £70.

Floodlights: Available on all courts until 10.00pm. Read more
Club Tournaments: Members are encouraged to enter our annual tournaments. The Veterans takes place in May, (40+ for ladies, 45+ for men), the Junior and Main Club Tournaments in September. Read more
Club Teams: We have two ladies and three men’s teams competing in the Middlesex League. We also take part in the Middlesex Cup Tournament and enter junior teams in the Junior League. Read more
Coaching: Eladi, Albert & Ibby are SHTC’s LTA ranked coaches. They run an extensive programme of group coaching for juniors and adults, plus individual coaching to suit your needs. Read more
Social: The bar is open during our social club sessions. We organise a series of events throughout the year: barbeques, the finals day of our own tournaments, Wimbledon finals day and an end of the year celebration. Read more
Guests: Guests are welcome at SHTC, on payment of £6.00 per visit. Read more
Dress code: We are not a “tennis-whites” kind of club. However, we are here to play sport and expect our members to dress accordingly: no jeans or beachwear. We insist on tennis shoes being worn to protect the courts and yourselves: and if you have an urge to remove your shirt in the summer months, please desist.
Rules & Regs: Displayed on the club noticeboard. SHTC club rules are obvious and largely common sense. We require respect, courtesy and consideration towards fellow members and club premises. We all aim to keep the courts and pavilion clean and tidy at all times and we don’t like swearing, racquet abuse or cheating. Read more
