TOURNAMENTS
The annual summer tournament - one for the Seniors and one for the Juniors starts in May, with the finals day in September. This features:
- Mens Singles
- Ladies Singles
- Mens Doubles
- Ladies Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
- Mens Vets Singles
- Ladies Vets Singles
- Vets Doubles
- Mens Plate (for 1st round losers in the singles)
An extremely popular winter singles ladder competition is also held each year.
TEAM TENNIS
Southfields are entered in the Wilson Surrey LTA leagues with 4 Mens teams, 2 Ladies team, 1 Mixed teamand 5 Junior teams.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Our main social event is the Finals' Day party, but we also hold a number of other events across the year, including quizzes, Pancake Night, Oktoberfest and a Christmas party. We've also been known to have the odd BBQ when the sun comes out in summer!
The club bar - which is usually opened after each club session - has a great selection of craft beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks - all at great prices.
