A HUGE congratulations to Esther Wycherley who spent two days competing at a 9-and-under national tournament in Aldershot.

The format was 6 groups of 6 on day 1, followed by 6 groups of 6 on day 2, formed from day 1 performance. Esther came second in her qualifying group on day 1 placing her in a favourable position for day 2.

Esther won her group on the second day meaning she placed 7th out of 36 girls, which is a super achievement! She was the highest placing Hampshire girl, who had 6 players representing the county.
