The club’s annual racketball championship was held on Tuesday 16th December. 

The first game of the evening was the Plate Final which was contested between Briag Mallet and Billy Monteith. The first four games were extremely close with only 2 points between the players in each of the games. With the score tied at 2-2, Billy edged out the deciding game 15-11 to win the Plate. 

The next match was the championship final between Neale Mooney and Chris Speirs.  There were some excellent rallies and shots during the match however Neale managed to secure a 3-0 win to win the Racketball Championship for the first time.

Plate final. Billy Monteith v Briag Mallet (15-13, 14-16, 13-15, 16-14, 15-11)

Championship final. Neale Mooney v Chris Speirs (15-11, 15-11, 15-6)
