Over the last few years, we have seen water leaks over kitchen and downstairs offices, due to poor roofing felt, broken tiles, and lead flashing. This resulted in damage to electric power distribution board and fuses, damage to original kitchen units, wall plaster and ceiling.
The roof felt and tiles were replaced, a new kitchen installed, new floor covering and carpet in corridor.
