Congratulations to Roy Emmott who was recently awarded a cap for his Wales Over 50s Cricket appearances.

Roy, who plays for Newport Fugitives Cricket Club, is the most capped Wales O50s ODI cricketer and has now played 100 matches in all formats. He was presented with his cap in Sri Lanka last month, by ex-Sri Lankan test player Brendan Kuruppu.
