We are pleased to share that Stow Park Lawn Tennis Club has recently been awarded two grants from Sport Wales, covering 80% of the project costs.

The club will contribute the remaining 20% to ensure delivery:

• Energy Grant (Solar Panels): Funding has been secured for the installation of solar panels to improve sustainability. Due to roof constraints, the supplier is working closely with a structural engineer to determine the most viable installation.
• Floodlight Grant (Courts 4–6): A second grant will enable the replacement of floodlights with energy-efficient LEDs. We are currently preparing the planning application, and once approved, work can begin. Our thanks go to Phil Knapman for his assistance with this process.
