OPEN EVENING A HUGE SUCCESS!

The sun shone on SLTC for our Open Evening on Friday 24th April.

Some people enjoyed the chance to admire the new floodlights and recently-cleaned courts. However others may have found it all too easy to be distracted by the quality of play in the coaching sessions, led by John W and Danielle, not to mention the tasty burgers and drinks!

A grand total of £368.91 was raised for Club funds. Enormous thanks go to the organisers and helpers, especially Nicky, Ian, Mark, Colm, and Laura.

Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed a hit on court and/or refreshments.

Membership:

Now that April is over, any unpaid renewals have lapsed. If you have decided not to renew this year, we are sorry to see you go and look forward seeing you again in future. If you still want to renew and just haven't got round to it, please reply to this email ASAP and we will send a fresh payment link.

Coaching:

There are still spaces available for members and non-members alike, in the new coaching block, starting on Fridays and Sundays from next weekend (8th and 10th May). Classes are for all ability levels, for adults, teens and children.

Summer Camp:

In addition, a Junior Summer Camp is currently being organised. If you think your child might like to attend, please let Mahri know which dates might suit you, as we will go with the majority.

WhatsApp Community 

Members are encouraged to join the WhatsApp "Community" to access chat groups for social tennis and other topics. Links have been emailed to all members and can be found in the last Newsletter.
