There are three types of courses for Adults
Cardio Tennis - fun, social group fitness class with a tennis twist. This tennis workout is open to anyone of all ages and abilities!
Tennis Xpress: Complete beginner? Or perhaps you’re a little out of practise? Tennis Xpress is all about meeting other players and having fun while getting to grips with the basics, and it is a great way to get yourself out on court.
Intermediate: You play tennis regularly but feel like your game has plateaued. These lessons are a great way to improve your technical and tactical knowledge.
