We offer four types of courses designed to suit all levels of experience and fitness:

Cardio Tennis
A fun, social group fitness class with a tennis twist! Cardio Tennis is open to all ages and abilities, combining a great workout with the excitement of tennis.

Tennis Xpress
Are you a complete beginner or feeling a bit out of practice? Tennis Xpress is perfect for meeting other players and having fun while learning the basics. It’s a fantastic way to get started or ease back into tennis and enjoy being on the court.

Improver Tennis
You can rally but are still looking to develop your game for matches. Improver sessions help build consistency, introduce match tactics, and grow your confidence through fun and focused drills.

Intermediate Tennis
For those who play regularly but feel their game has hit a plateau, these lessons focus on improving technical skills and tactical knowledge to help take your performance to the next level.
