Info: Padel camps are designed for players of all levels, giving an opportunity for players to practice a wide range of technical and tactical elements and hit lots of balls to get sufficient volume of repetitions on all shots.

Age groups: Camps are run as a group of up to 10 players aged 10 to 16.

Standard: Holiday camps are open to all levels and abilities.

What to wear: Players should wear clothes they are comfortable running around in. Trainers or plimsols must be worn, players will not be allowed to play in sandals, flip flops, crocs or the like. Padel camps are on our outdoor courts so please dress for the wether. During warmer weather, caps and sun hats are recommended and please put suncream on your child before they arrive, coaches are not able to put suncream on children.

What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and a snack for the mid-session break. If players have their own padel bat they are welcome to use it, if not we have bats that can be used. We provide all other equipment. If you are interested in purchasing one we have junior padel bats available in our shop.

Signing in & out: Registration will take place on the padel courts. If you walk down the drive past the clubhouse and follow the gravel path along the back of the grass courts, the two padel courts are on your left. For players aged 10+ permission can be given, by email to tenniscoaching@surbiton.info, for the player to be allowed to leave the club on their own. If permission is not given players will need to be signed out by the parent or guardian who is collecting them. Players will NOT be allowed to leave the courts unless they are signed out by the adult who is picking them up or we have received email permission to leave the courts on their own. If you give permission for players to leave the courts on their own the club cannot take any responsibility for them from the time their camp ends.

Discounts:  If you sign up for the full week you receive the 5th day half price, this is reflected in the full week cost.

Wet weather information & cancellations/rebooking policy: Where possible we will run sessions outdoors if we feel courts are playable. In the event of poor weather, you will be offered a catch up session for another day. If you can't make another session we will give a credit for a future holiday camp. If there are extenuating circumstances which mean it is not possible to book on to any future holiday camp, refunds may be issued at our disgression.

Cancellation & refund policy: Our general policy is one weeks notice must be given in the event of cancelling a week or a day camp booking, otherwise you will be charged the full amount for that booking. If there are extenuating circumstances we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in rebooking you on to a camp on another day/week. For minor injuries or illness we will adopt the same policy and rebook your session for another day, where spaces are available, but no refund or credits will be available.
