Mixed abilites and ages, the morning sessions are held each Monday and Friday 10am - 12noon.

£10 for two hours

£6.50 for one hour

The sessions are very social and many stay after for a coffee, tea and chat!

Evergreen Club

Come and Join the Gang !

Our Evergreen club is aimed at those who are young at heart and looking for light exercise and social fun !

The club meet every Thursday between 10am - 12noon.

Cost

£5.50 for two hours

The sessions include gentle exercise, low impact aerobics, line dancing, Table Tennis and Short Mat Bowls.
