Congratulations to junior tennis members who helped create history as the first South Wales county team to win group 1.   Kevin, Max, Jacob,    Full write up here 

The girls team including Lily & Elin, gained promotion, 

The 9’s boys also won their group, Charles & Zander progressed to the finals where they won the bronze medal.

Parking 

The perennial problem remains and we are looking into short and long term solutions.  Anyone wishing to contribute to solutions  please contact any member of the management.

Picnic benches 

Martin and Caz Sheppard are on target to raise the funds for a replacement picnic bench for ‘under the old Oak tree’ Members can still contribute, directly to Martin/Caz or cash in an envelope addressed to ‘Martin’ and leave at the bar.

Winter leagues are reaching their conclusion although there are still many rearranged fixtures (weather again!!) so a full round up next month.

A huge thanks to our captains (David Gareth Jon, Paul, Rory and Mike, Michaela, Angela, Mandy, Michelle, Judy, Tesni) and players for meeting all these challenges.

Jenny Burrows for endless patience in cancelling and rebooking courts. Let’s hope the summer is dry!

Easter camps are thriving as always with many new and even more players returning to our club to enjoy the camps.
