Gentle Multi Style Yoga 

 

Yoga invites you to create some space in the mind and body to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Regular practice has been scientifically proven to have benefits for your physical and mental health. 

 

Yoga can help you to manage the symptoms of your long-term health conditions. It boosts your energy levels and helps you to manage daily stress whilst reducing body wide inflammation.  

 

Do you ever feel like you're on the treadmill of life and no matter how much sleep you get, you're still exhausted? Or maybe you're not getting any sleep at all... 

 

Yoga will give you simple but effective tools to give yourself the break you are searching for whilst improving your body strength, flexibility and balance. Mental clarity and calmness can also be felt following a season. 

 

Each class will combine yoga postures, gentle stretches, breathing exercises and a nourishing relaxation.   

 

No previous yoga experience is necessary.  

 

The hardest part is getting to class, the rest is easy!

Chair Yoga 

 

Chair yoga is suitable for anybody who may struggle to get up and down from the floor or who is recovering from injury/surgery. Chair yoga helps to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination & balance.  

 

Each class will incorporate chair support whilst you are guided through postures & stretches, incorporating breathing exercises and a relaxation to encourage the mind-body connection.  

 

No previous yoga experience is necessary.
