Combining yoga postures, gentle stretches, breathing exercises and a nourishing relaxation.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is suitable for anybody who may struggle to get  up and down from the floor or who is recovering from injury/surgery such as hip, knee & back.  Chair yoga helps to improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination & balance. Using a chair to support you in the postures & stretches, incorporating breathing exercises and a relaxation in the practice to ensure a body & mind experience.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.
