Juniors
Tavistock Tennis Club has a very active junior membership, from ages 4 to 17. Our coaching offering is currently being reviewed.
Junior Tournaments
The club hosts an annual tournament for all members to enter and this isn't restricted to adults, we hold junior tournaments for red, orange green and yellow ball players, meaning children from as young as 4 get the opportunity to take part in competitive, but fun, matches.
Plymouth & District Junior League
Every year we enter at least two teams in this league, which gives the opportunity for yellow ball players to take part in competitive matches, against players of similar age, from other tennis clubs in the local area. The boys and girls play in mixed teams and take part in singles and doubles matches. There are usually five or six teams in a division, playing home and away matches against each other. The matches run from April to July, usually on a Sunday morning.
