Troubleshooting

My gate code is missing?

Gate code emails come from mail@clubspark.co.uk

It may be worth checking your junk mail if you believe you have not received it.

You can also find your codes in your account area under 'Your bookings'

We recommend using the Clubspark platform to find your code, which will use the same login details as the LTA and the Booker App.

  1. Ensure you are logged in to your account at Clubspark / Tennis In Lambeth / Lambeth Tennis Courts
  2. Visit the venue page your booking is for e.g Brockwell Park or Clapham Common etc. If you visit your account page from the Tennis In Lambeth landing page your bookings will not appear, you must select the correct venue first and then go to your account area.
  3. Click the dropdown box by your name in the top right hand corner and select ‘My Account’
  4. From here click the 'Your Bookings' tab on the left and all of your upcoming bookings will be displayed and your codes.
  5. More info on court bookings, policies and cancellations can be found on our FAQ page.

Gate Access FAQ’s

  • Depending on the location of the tennis court, you will be required to enter either a 4 or 6 digit code to gain entry. e.g 1234 or *123456
  • 6 digit codes are always preceeded by an asterix *
  • The code will only work during the time of your booking slot, you will not be able to gain entry before or after this time

If the gate does not open and you have followed the steps above, please continue to the steps below to help troubleshoot the issue.

Keypad/Gate Lights Guide

1) Check the booking has been made for the correct time and date, you are at the correct court/gate and that the code matches your confirmation email for the booking.

2) The lights on the keypad can indicate any errors with inputting the code:

a. A blue light indicates that an entry code is correct. The gate should open.

b. A red light indicates that an entry code is incorrect. Make sure the * key has been pressed at the start of the code.

3) If the issue reoccurs, please contact us at parkssportsbookings@lambeth.gov.uk. If you are able to attach a short video of the keypad in use to display the issue, it may help us to identify and resolve the problem more quickly.

Keypad/Gate Sound Guide

1) Two quick beeps (with a blue light displayed) signals the code has been input correctly.

2) A short tone (with a red light displayed) signals the code has been input incorrectly.

3) A long tone (with a red light displayed) signals the code has been input incorrectly three times. The keypad has now been locked, and the user will have to wait one minute before trying again.
